Whenever I had any issues banking with IMB, the staff at that branch were very attentive, responsive, friendly and efficient in resolving my queries.
They ditched the interest on my balance based on their funny terms and conditions! Completely legal! Banking with them has been an unusual experience for me! I opened a transaction account following opening a savings account, and they sent me an old fashioned security code only! No card! Then they emailed me and were wondering why I had not used my account! And a few days later I received the card! Will close my account at the end of this month!

Called for a month to chase a transaction and no body responded. Do not bank with them. Also, during the peak of COVID-19, they asked clients to risk their lives to come into branches and verify identities while you can do it online with other banks.
