Utterly unprofessional and complete liars. I came requesting an estimate that I explicitly said I was willing to pay for. William said he woud have it done in two days in the afternoon. I messaged him that day asking if it was ready. No response. Had to message him again the following week for any updates. He said it was done and emailed to me. I never received an email, do I added again if it was sent. The shop's response was that their system is down for the whole week and everything was erased. It just sounds like a poor ... read more
