We engaged Nick at Imatech to make us a house lot of Cedar double glazed doors and windows to replace our current fixtures which were over 30 years old. The end product exceeded our expectations in every way and although costs were significant, these doors and windows added $$$$ to our property. Super happy with the professional service of Imatech and the product.
The only reason I’m giving 2 stars, is for the joinery team who did the install, great guys, great communication, showed initiative and great customer service, that’s where it ends. The senior estimator/production coordinators ability to communicate or coordinate is appalling. We were initially told 4 weeks to install, and that was the reason we chose Imatech, but ended in an almost 4 month wait. Couldn’t be happier with my all my joinery, the tradesman had an array of knowledge and his skill set was top tier. He had a few hurdles throughout the kitchen but made it look like it was nothing and just breezed through it. He also done the wardrobes and laundry and made them all look perfect.
