Great service and communication! I dropped my phone Thursday and wrote to them immediately. They were fast to answer and clear in their instructions. By Saturday, I dropped by with my phone. Unfortunately, the phone was beyond repair but the technician really did a great job, they went above and beyond to test multiples screens and even went to their provider to test more, making sure of what the issue would be. Mario replaced my iPhone screen and battery in a few hours and provided detailed photos of the repair at a fair price. Thank you! Update, went to mario again for a back glass repair and it once again was done quickly and professionally. The screen protectors he installs are also great compared to what i had before.
