John is incredible. He answered texts within seconds, and phone calls within minutes. Within four hours of our calling him about data on a phone run That wasover by a car, he was able to recapture all of the data on the original phone, and insert it into a brand new phone. I cannot say it was cheap, but it was way more than worth what he charged, and half of what some other firms might’ve charged. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I had a great experience getting my Pixel repaired. The battery had puffed up and was pushing the screen off the frame. I called John, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He was respectful, professional, and easy to work with. The price was reasonable, and he even expedited the battery delivery to get my phone fixed faster. I really appreciated the care and effort he put into the repair. I’d definitely recommend his services to anyone needing phone repairs!

The charge port of my S23Ultra basically working and Verizon suggested I purchase yet another phone as a fix, despite it being less than two years old. I reached out to John based on the services he provides (and his reviews!) and it was clear he was a knowledgeable tech right away. It cost exactly what he said it would, it took exactly as long to repair as he estimated and he even backed it up with a warranty. To be honest, I think it's actually better than factory now and I couldn't be happier.
