I started seeing Dena last year after a fall that injured my right piriformis resulting in severe sacrum and back pain. She applies just the right pressure and ensures it's not too much in the troublesome areas. The massage table is very comfortable and is even heated, which I absolutely love. What would I do without regular massages from Dena! She’s done wonders for my low back pain and neck and shoulder tightness. Several years ago, my doctor suggested massage therapy for relief. I chose Dena because she does therapeutic massage and bills insurance. I’ve stayed with her because of her skills and ability to adapt each massage to what is going on in my back. Dena is a great massage therapist! She communicates well to ensure that you’re getting the most out of your massage experience. She has lots of different tools that’s she can use to help you de-stress and relax. She takes my health insurance which is a huge plus for me but she also has very reasonable self pay rates. I’ve been seeing her for about a year and I love it!
