I think most of the negative reviews stem from the message you get asking for a deposit after you book. I know that looks a little sketchy but I have also been on the business owner side of having people book and not show up so I get why they do it. I had the Groupon, paid the deposit, it was refunded and my massage was great, very professional, nothing rude at all. I'd definitely go back.
