Our stucco has failed on our home within the warranty time frame. We have been trying to resolve this issue for many, many, many months. Company will no longer pick up, respond to calls/voicemails, emails or general requests for a call back. Awful customer service. Would NOT recommend using the company for anything as they don’t stand behind their warranties or work.

We spent extra to purchase Acrylic stucco. We were told acrylic stucco could be colour matched exactly. Within one year, the stucco on our house was cracking. When someone came to repair the stucco, there were glaring colour disparities and mismatch. We were informed that it is “difficult to colour match” and basically they washed their hands of the problem. They are selling a premium product with amateur results. I would give less than one star if I could. Horrible customer service.
