I highly recommend Ms. Karen Allen of Imani Consulting for therapy! Ms. Allen has been absolutely instrumental in helping me move forward with one of the biggest decisions of my life. Don't think there was a session where she wasn't eating or interrupted by a phone call. Method was essentially printing/ emailing worksheets and then reading through them. No real insight or perspectives provided outside of the feedback provided in the workbooks. Perhaps this method works for some, however if you are in search of a therapist who can provide meaningful insight and direction I would look elsewhere.

I am writing this review on behalf of a family to maintain their confidentiality. My family member is trying therapy for the first time. It took a lot for them to make this initial appointment so I was eager to hear all about it. Unfortunately it was a terrible experience. She was late and then accused them of being late.
