Buying a car can be stressful, but this dealer made it an amazing experience for me. They listened to exactly what I wanted and found a car that ticked all the boxes. A few days in, the car had a small issue and honestly, I was nervous. But within an hour of calling, they picked it up and brought me a better replacement. No drama, just real care and quick action. I felt completely looked after. If you're looking for a place that truly values its customers, this is it. I’d absolutely buy from them again.
Warm and friendly service from Rop. The cars available were very well maintained. The process was super quick and easy before you arrange a pick-up and they are very responsive with the communications. Overall, they really take the effort to provide a great service, definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a car.
Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience with Imani. Sad to be writing this as the initial experience was fantastic. I was told a car was on hold for me to travel 3 hours to purchase. I wasn’t updated and just received a notification it was sold. I had to try reach out many times before I received a call back, to tell me it was a miscommunication and the car had been sold. Bought my car today. Nice people they have been looking for me my car a Toyota that I had insisted to have as a preferred car Today I bought at last. It'd been a long wait getting my specs right. They kept their word and did not advertise as agreed. Happy to recommend them.
