Unfortunately I had the most terrible experience with these people and I don’t think I’ll ever recommend anyone,not even my enemies to them.They sold me a car that had a bad engine and I didn’t have any idea about.After one week,I started experiencing problems with the car,I texted and called Rono and he kept on buying time,I had to physically go to his office to escalate the issue and I was told to split the cost of buying a new engine! Warm and friendly service from Rop. The cars available were very well maintained. The process was super quick and easy before you arrange a pick-up and they are very responsive with the communications. Overall, they really take the effort to provide a great service, definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a car.
My experience with this dealership was extremely stressful. I got a vehicle that developed serious mechanical issues shortly after, and communicating with the dealer about these problems became increasingly difficult. In addition to the mechanical problems, the vehicle’s mileage history did not match official records and the dealer did not disclose this. Good service, got the car inspected within 2 days of looking at it and had a good experience they fixed what was wrong after the car got an racv check and was willing to do anything to help! Would recommend!!
