Iman sold 2 properties for me. Initial power of Iman is getting the good final result. He either does not accept your project or get the job done. Secondly, he is very honest. I talked with many many real estate agents and almost everyone lie to you to get your signature on agency agreement. But, Iman has clear path with you.
