I had the pleasure of being treated by Iman Eltay twice at the Kings Mills TriHealth Priority Care facility. She provided the best care I have ever received from a medical professional. I was sad to discover this location is now closed. I went to the Mason location hoping she was there, but sadly she wasn't. The care I got from here was excellent: she treated my symptoms, prescribed medications and enlightened me on other conditions I did not know I had. I wish she was my Primary Care professional!
She was always helpful. She helped in everything that I needed .
Always get what I came for. I like to get in and get out. I'm not one to enjoy spending half the day talking about myself and waste the doctors time. Can't please all the people all the time!
Rushed through everything even though they were not busy based on the time slots available. Didn't really explain things, didn't ask many questions and just said have a nice day and walked out abruptly at the end. Dr. Calderon will always say is there anything else, do you need any refills, etc and then explain that I need to walk to the lab to get blood work done. She just walked out and I thought ummm is that it? Idk it was very confusing. If I am paying for 15 mins I think I should get at least 7 mins.
