This place is honestly ridiculous. People here don’t seem to value anyone else’s time. It has been more than two months, and I still haven’t received my title or the registration sticker. When I went there, they told me to come back the next day, and even then they opened the store later than the posted hours. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. It took us almost 5 months to finally obtain the license plates, registration sticker, and finally, the title of the purchased car. About 3 1/2 months for the plates, 4 months for the sticker, and almost 5 months for the title. IMAJ NEVER answered a single phone call. Never returned calls for updates. They would answer text messages sometimes quickly within 30 minutes to an hour, other times within a day or two, and other times never responded. Bad service, we bought a car at car village and they supposed to give us the paperwork for the plate , more than 5month we tried to get it our paperwork, his wife always shouted out on people, no manners. I totally regret to do business with these people.

Lo peor tremendo estafador el señor que trabaja ahí tremendo mal servicio no se lo recomiendo a nadie y ni el teléfono atienden mucho cuidado si le ban a comprar algún carro

Beware! They were used by a vehicle I purchased by Midax LLC for plates and a title transfer. It took 4 months to get plates, and they were registered to a different name (not mine). Geoffrey at Midax said it would take 2 weeks to get the title. 2 months later, I get a copy of the title, still in the other person’s name.
