Neither my orthopedist or this place ever gave me anything saying I would owe anything for the mri. Both told me I was covered and then they sent me a bill for over four hundred dollars. Now neither will take any responsibility for it and just keep saying theres nothing they can do and point the finger at each other while im stuck with a bill. Such a scam. Talked to multiple people from the office you get no where

Poor image quality was provided on MRI. I was told by a second opinion that the images did not correlate to the diagnosis as well. I would not recommend this company for imaging needs. Response to the Owner: The practice clearly is not in the business of excellence if you are misdiagnosing your clients. Let me just add that your facility did not even bother to warn the guardian of the hazard of receiving the amount of radiation forced on the young patient in one day. Their service is good, staffs are nice, but, their billing company doesn't do their work. We gave all our insurance information at the time of service. We received a bill 3 months later to pay for the service. We had the same service before, there was no problem at all. The service was in network, should be covered by insurance. Now, we have been calling the billing company every 3~4weeks to give them the same information and to explain everything again.
