Poor image quality was provided on MRI. I was told by a second opinion that the images did not correlate to the diagnosis as well. I would not recommend this company for imaging needs. Response to the Owner: The practice clearly is not in the business of excellence if you are misdiagnosing your clients. Let me just add that your facility did not even bother to warn the guardian of the hazard of receiving the amount of radiation forced on the young patient in one day. Their service is good, staffs are nice, but, their billing company doesn't do their work. We gave all our insurance information at the time of service. We received a bill 3 months later to pay for the service. We had the same service before, there was no problem at all. The service was in network, should be covered by insurance. Now, we have been calling the billing company every 3~4weeks to give them the same information and to explain everything again. Staff was very nice and answered all questions. Quick with scheduling appointment. Technician was kind and helpful. Clean facility.
