They advertise they offer walk-in services for a mammogram 2-4p on weekdays. I drove from 30 minutes away and I am a patient who has used their services. I showed up and there was a sign on the door that they could not offer same-day services today. I could not even make an appt at the desk and was asked to leave my contact info for them to call me to set up an appointment. Do not advertise that you offer walk-in services if you cannot provide that service on a consistent basis.
My experiences with the breast center have been positive. They are professional, courteous and supportive.
Had my first MRI here today very professional and clean place. I would highly recommend Portsmouth imaging!!
I have gone to Portsmouth for years, and the people in the office have been very nice. I am now leaving the practice because it has become too impersonal for me. First, I was pestered repeatedly about pre-registering. Because of my work, I am unable to get to the phone during my day. They finally got a hold of me and said the bill for an ultra-sound (which was never scheduled) would be $1,000.
