My experience with Winter Haven hospital Baycare was exceptional. All the staff, nurses, techs were amazing and friendly. Helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. I had the best care possible.
Being a Senior, one of the scariest events is chest, neck and arm pain symptomatic of a heart issue. I have a medical background, so having good vs great care I can view objectively. During my isotope cardiac stress test and echocardiogram, the Winter Haven Hospital staff in the Non-invasive lab would get more than 5 stars. Adlin, Vivian, Jorge were communicative, reassuring, compassionate, and comforting. NP Cindy was extra cautious to administer a med that we were unsure of, and ultimately didn't use.
