Kind. Patient. Thorough! My 1.5 year old daughter needed lab work done. The 2 ladies there who worked together to get her blood drawn were professional, qualified, and even figured out how to make it work for us to get all the lab tests done in one day and with fewer vials than initially thought. They only poked my daughter one time and got her vein right away and were fast and fluent with switching out vials and wrapping the procedure up as fast and efficient as possible.
