I was a walk in and called in to make sure it was okay since I did not have an order request. When I reached the order was not there, so Ms. Sylvia the desk check in personnel, called the office and verified the order and requested a fax copy directly and we were able to get the requested procedure in no time. I’m very grateful that Ms Sylvia took the time to do this and also for the requesting office at UPMC children’s to have faxed the order immediately and most of all no one gave me any hard time for it.
