The service was excellent, both at the front desk and from the technical staff. Everything was very quick and professional, with understanding and empathy. I recommend this center 100%.
Avoid this place like the plague…. My OB asked me to go here just for my 20 week scan because my last pregnancy was high risk. Nothing wrong or urgent just routine. First, I was scanned from an ultrasound tech “in training”. Which was fine until it took 1.5 hours. Then the regular tech came in, scanned for 30 more mins doing the exact same scan and missing pictures. Then asked me “Did you do genetic testing”? Kim and Marlene as always were personable , , patient, pleasant , helpful and professional . Susan ,the MRI professional, was clear in her instructions, helpful , patient and professional .
