I have had to reschedule my follow up dr appointment twice now due to radiology not even reading my mri results and releasing them to my dr. It's been 2 weeks and myself and my doctors office have called and asked for them to be expedited and still nothing.
In and out very quickly. Everyone is very friendly
I had my first mammogram there today. Calli was wonderful!! She was happy, smiling, and had a great attitude. How wonderful is she? This wasn't my first mammogram, but I wish Callie had done all my previous ones. I felt so at ease! Very professional! Thank you for such a wonderful experience Calli!
Did not get a call regarding next day mammogram. When called the imaging mammogram department to verify appt for the next day. Only option was to leave a message. I hope I don’t have to travel to West Branch for nothing
It is unacceptable that it takes days to weeks for an x-ray to be read by the radiologist unless its orders stat. Why is it MyMich can get the results within 24hrs but McLaren can’t? I love my doc but I’m going to have to switch to a MyMich doctor. It’s a sign when y’all have more 1 star reviews than you do 5 star.
