Absolutely a terrible company and terrible experience. We were taken advantage of and sold a complete lemon. We purchased a brand new iDR unit which was retro-fitted to an older tube/generator. We were told by Michael Tokash "it will easily last you 10 years". Long story short ... it didn't even last us 3 years. We have had the same problem since the day it was installed, the motor would fail to completely prep to be able to take a film.
