I have received excellent care for tests and surgery multiple times incurring over 10 nights inpatient. Check in was efficient and care was top notch. The doctors and nurses all provided exemplary care and communication.

Had a 9:45 appointment, called prior to appointment stating I’m running behind 9:54 ETA. They say it’s fine. Get to the facility exactly when I say I will, takes me 10 minutes to find parking all the way up on the 5th floor. As im walking into the lobby they call me to tell me I have to reschedule… they didn’t care I was here. Couldn’t tell me this when I called the first time?

Dropped off images to be reviewed. They called next day asking for images I already gave them. Lady said she promised to call by end of day to give me update. never did. Called to insist only to be told to try back after the weekend. Waiting to find out if I have cancer and they seriously don't care at all.

i have been going to baylor imaging in grapevine for my annual mammograms since i moved here in 2011. every experience has been more than pleasant. this past week, i had a to see my gyn because i found a lump. the dr wrote orders for a diagnostic mammogram and told me the breast center would contact me. of course, i was very nervous as i had found the lump over a week before. the imaging center is in the building next to my dr's office. on a whim, i stopped in to ask them if the might, possibly, be able to see me that day. t... read more
