Update 45 more mins on the phone with Kevin who was lovely who finally saw my "$120" estimate in August but it doesn't show on there side billing refuses to adjust bill or accept responsibility. I am beyond pleased with the AMAZING bedside manner AND extensive knowledge of the providers and staff I’ve had the pleasure of crossing paths with… to include the gift shop personnel. I am not sure what it is but the energy is simply the best! Highly recommend!!!
Like last time, short wait time before Cheryl escorted me to radiology. Speech therapist Halley gave me lots of disgusting barium goodies of various thicknesses and textures. Paige, radiology tech, operated fluoroscope. Everyone was friendly, personable, and very professional. Whole shebang took a tad less than an hour, and I was on my way home with some pointers on how to avoid issues while eating and drinking. Awaiting referral for speech therapy.
Great experience at Imaging and Radiology - AdventHealth Parker Hospital. Procedure was on-time, tech was super knowledgeable, efficient, talked me through every step of the process and did a fabulous job. A seamless visit enhanced by a tech who understands what it means to provide customer care. Highly recommend this Imaging center!
Megan in radiology was amazing! She did my injection and my scan. She was so sweet and you could tell that she really cared. She gave directions well, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire time with her.
