I was extremely anxious about my procedure involving injections into very tender back joints, after having a horrific experience in the past where I’m from, but I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team here who made the whole process so different. From the nurses to Dr Dixon to the lads in the CT, everyone was so kind and supportive and I’m so grateful, particularly with the level of stress I brought in! Thankyou!
Considering this is a medical facility with concerns and anxious patients attending to investigate matters that are worrying to them, reception is like the line outside a night club because the receptionists are like rude and self righteous bouncers. I have never seen patients at a medical services facility be treated so coldly and in such an impersonal and unfriendly manner. Highly recommended for Imaging from booking to completion. Free car parking is a plus.
Friendliness does not come naturally… and is needed when services do not run on time!
