I came here after seeing the Google Maps link, and I was surprised the rating was only 3.8. All the reviews I read weren’t about the quality of the scans themselves, but about the overall experience — so here’s mine. The facility looks modern and clean, and free on-site parking is a big plus. However, a few things could be improved. I didn’t receive any communication after my appointment. The results were sent to the wrong practitioner, despite 2 practitioners being listed on the referral Unfortunately, I discovered this all by accident when I called to confirm if the results had been sent, and only because I didn’t receive any follow up appointment information from the hospital. The receptionist told me I should have called them earlier. Excuse me, I’m not a mind reader. How could I possibly know they’ve made a mistake?
Been coming here for a number of years for numerous procedures. Highly recommend the professionalism on all levels of all staff, the place runs like clockwork. Big shoutout to the nurses who are doing a great job. Especially, Laura. I think I got here name right. Big thank you
