I have had to have quite a few scans over the years but at the moment ive been coming in quite regularly.While it has been distressing to have to come in so much, Kim has been a ray of sunshine everytime. Her customer service is impeccable she is kind understanding and efficient and if I need to have tests then im glad I get to say hi to Kim when Im there. This service exceeded my expectations compared to where I ‘used’ to go to for many years. This practice is lovely & clean. Quite spacious when nowadays we really DON’T want to be sitting right next to & rubbing arms with strangers. Ive had appointments for a procedural diagnostics and they have been on time every time with the reception staff all being welcoming, efficient & actually smiling.
