Had my first Nuchal scan with Pam last week and had the most awful experience, initially she didn't introduce herself and just asked me to lay down and undo my pants then of which she just placed the tissue paper in my pants without warning or words exchanged making me feeling quiet violated from the get go, not many words were exchanged during the 30min appt she was getting very frustrated with my baby for "not cooperating" and "sleeping" along with her sighs and huffs of annoyance throughout the appt. Michael performed my imaging, and explained all aspects of the procedure with a gentle, warm manner. Very professional, yet personable- his patient care manner is wonderful.
