Was waiting on the phone for just over 24 minutes and the call cut out. The staff are generally good though.
My experience here was not great. The receptionist was rude & loudly asked me “So how many weeks are you!” Considering it’s on the referral form, I found this unprofessional. It also does not concern her as a receptionist. No one greeted me, including the ultrasound technician who if anything seemed annoyed of my presence and didn’t offer me to look at the ultrasound. I would expect better service considering these are healthcare professionals who’s job it is to provide services to vulnerable people. Do better.
I would like to say a big thanks to Rebecca and Nicole for there excellent service that they provided to me as I have disabilitys they took there time to make sure I understood everything which so places don't bother I would recommend this outlet for this reason
This morning I had to visit Imaging Morayfield for an xray and was Completely Blown Away by their prompt treatment Walked in at 7:30 , waited in comfortable chairs , watching TV and was seen at 8:04 !! I Highly Recommend this practice to everyone !!
Staff here are absolutely top. They are all willing to help, are friendly, reassuring, kind and willing to share a smile and laugh. Thank you to all there who were so helpful and understanding to my circumstances.
