Updated Aug 2025: changed review from 5-star to 3-star. It’s an automated text system for booking now, cancellation and rescheduling appointments online. They just need to get the insurance approval first, I think. It’s convenient and less stressful. My previous review was obviously without this automated system! I have used the Oceanside site of IHS twice in the last 6 months. They are excellent from the phone appt, receptionist at the front desk and of course the technicians. Each area provided professional services with a friendly, caring manner. As a Registered Nurse, I highly recommend using IHS for your imaging needs.
This was my first time to get a lower back x-ray and the place is amazing! All the staff were just incredibly nice, front desk was kind to me, even though I didn’t check in properly, and my appointment was on time and went really quickly. I love the building. I love the facility and… I love this place! I may come back for more x-rays even though I don’t need them!
