This was first mammogram and I’ve heard horror stories from family members and friends who’ve done this procedure. I’m so pleased to say that this was one of the of most pleasant medical procedures I’ve ever done. Booking was a breeze, checking in was super easy (mobile check-in), and my wait time in the lobby was less than 5 minutes. My appointment time was actually at 10:30, but I parked at 10:00 so that I could check-in by 10:15 like they requested. very unprofessional in handling appointment and rush. We waited over 2 hours to get an x-ray done. no communication at all while waiting.
It was like always a wonderful experience and I felt very welcome by the friendly staff that receive you at this Lab. Plenty of parking space free!! And at a very accesible place in Chula Vista CA. I highly recommend it.
