Stay away!!! Literally the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. I waited over a month to get a mammogram appointment 25 mins away. I show up on time to a 6:45 appointment in Encinitas. The kiosk won’t check me in, can’t find my record. So I stand and wait right in front of the receptionist for 15 mins while she’s on the phone, completely ignoring me. Julie the receptionist is very argumentative and confrontational. There was some kind of mix up with my x-rays and MRI, and she kept repeating it to me over and over what the test was. And where it was and without trying to resolve the problem, she was very condescending and very rude and unprofessional. I've been going to IHS for over 20 years. Anytime I need imaging they are very helpful, kind and respectful. Going through insurance is never fun but it’s not their fault. From the front desk to the MRI tech they made me feel comfortable and safe. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
