These clowns wanted to charge $1,500 for an open MRI. Found a place in Willis that did it for less than $200.

Just attempted to schedule an MRI for my son after being on the phone with the “scheduler” for approximately 15 minutes. After gathering all pertinent info about the patient (to include his medical record number), she proceeds to tell me that because I am not listed as a point of contact for medical emergencies, she cannot proceed any further with the phone call and cannot schedule the MRI appointment. Terrible cant make a appointment and get the run around... even called back and someone singing on the phone and not answering... this is ridiculous. Never had a problem with St.lukes but yall need to do better

Was told not to use St Luke’s The Woodlands. Did bc it was closeby. Arrived 20 minutes early for paperwork. Sat in anti- room. Was told that there was one person ahead of me and the Dr was called to an emergency. It might be an hour or more before the Dr will return. Then there is another before me. Wow! No wonder they said don’t come here! Be prepared not to be seen if you make an appointment! Bad business!
