Was told not to use St Luke’s The Woodlands. Did bc it was closeby. Arrived 20 minutes early for paperwork. Sat in anti- room. Was told that there was one person ahead of me and the Dr was called to an emergency. It might be an hour or more before the Dr will return. Then there is another before me. Wow! No wonder they said don’t come here! Be prepared not to be seen if you make an appointment! Bad business!
Laura in scheduling was rude and difficult from the moment she answered the phone. There is no reason someone should be that difficult and unpleasant when they are dealing with patients and the information she provided me was absolutely false.
If I could give zero stars then I would! I have been trying to get a mammogram scheduled for a while now only to get the runaround based on whomever I’m speaking to at that moment. I spoke to Jan, a scheduling supervisor to no avail. I also spoke to Sarenia Dase, the supervisor in the mammogram department. She was worse than everyone I spoke to by far. I'm just going to offset these petty 1 star reviews here. The man I talked to today got me scheduled in less than 10 minutes and could not have been more professional. People need to realize that hospital schedules are constant chaos and to learn some patience for someone who is just non-maliciously doing their job.
I left 10 messages with an urgent request to call back. My husband has been in pain for 6 weeks now and couldn't see his Spine surgeon due to the incompetence of the staff from the imaging department from St. Lukes. It's ridiculous that they are still in business how they treat their patients.
