It’s impossible to get a copy of your records once they’re done. They don’t answer the phone, and if they do, they put you on hold which eventually causes the phone to disconnect. I’ve been trying to get a copy of an MRI for 2 weeks now and don’t live close enough to drive up there and get it. They’re truly doing people a disservice. Even after submitting a request online, I’ve heard absolutely nothing from them. Horrible!!!
VERY MODERN, SUPER COOL PLACE, IF YOU HAVE TO VISIT A PLACE LIKE THIS. PEOPLE WERE ALL SUPER NICE & HELPFUL.
Goodness I hope this hits the right set of eyes. My dad came in for a MRI a few weeks back. First one in 82 years..... and on his head. Eric in the radiology department was absolutely amazing with my dad. Thank you Eric!!!!!!
