they have me in collections and I never even been to this place, I do not know what they do. I was living in alabama at the time this supposed balance was originated. called to discuss it with them and they left me on hold.
Recently found I was reported to a Collections agency for bills I never knew we owed. I had used a flexible spending account for healthcare to pay this and it should have been paid. I do not know what happened! And yes, there was money in the account.
Imaging Consultants of Garland is all about the $$$$MONEY instead of patient care! I never received a balance statement on my account. My insurance company paid them hundreds of dollars and I had a $39 balance, which I did not mind paying. It's hard to pay balances when you do not get a statement. I was turned over to collections over a $39 balance, that I would of gladly paid if I knew I had a balance. I saw it on my credit and called them. I paid the balance and they left it on my credit.
