Now I understand the 1 star review. Same issue here with bill sent to collections and never got it myself. Ridiculous service

We just had the same issue like the other reviewers. We pay all of our bills on time but the one from Imaging Consultants went to a collection agency. After I contacted, they said they sent out a letter and a number of emails. We know the letter was never received nor were the emails. My wife said she even looks in the Junk folder. Thankfully the collection agency said it will not affect credit, but it should have never ended up there anyway.

I'm calling my doctor Monday. I'll never go here again. Last year I wasted months trying to straighten out my bill. Here we go again! I had an appointment for a mammogram and ultrasound. I received a text prior to the appointment advising me I owed $600. For the ultrasound. I called them and told them to cancel the appointment, I'm not doing this again.
