These guys are great! We purchased two printers from Imaging Concepts a few years ago and they're still screaming along. They get a ton of use in our office, so I used to worry about paper jams or some weird part failure. But Phil or one of the guys come out and baby it before anything happens. We've never had a serious issue. Definitely recommend them.
Imaging Concepts has friendly staff and is always very willing to help me with my copy machine repairs. I run a small business out of my home and occasionally need to rent a large copy machine from them. Thanks!
