Being on hold for 20 minutes to schedule a mammogram is unacceptable. 1st woman answers after being on hold for 4 min and says "can I put you on hold?" I unfortunately said yes .. I guess her version of hold was to hang up the phone. 🙄 called back waited another 4 minutes this time recording says the next person. Will help you... promptly disconnected to a dial tone 🤔 3rd time I guess was the charm... Nicole did answer after 10 minite wait and I did get an appointment. Please invest in more staff or a better phone system. ... read more
