Contrary to what their website claims there is not soothing music, there are no refreshments and it is not a spa like experience. I have been to other imaging centers where this is the case, not at NGMC. The center is cold, they were slow despite the fact that they did not appear busy. The robes are warmed but so thin it doesn’t matter. There are only two changing rooms and I guess you can leave your stuff in one of the lockers, but no one gave directions regarding that. I just had an MRI done here today. Very professional. The facilities were very clean. Love the staff, especially Tedra my technologists, she’s a hoot. Highly recommend. 👍🏼👍🏼
One star is too generous. They only want money. Patient care not a Priority. Avoid at all costs.
They use a billing service in PA that lost the record of our credit card payment. Moreover, we had to many days for a simple xray report. Next time we need xrays we are not going to use this imaging center, but rather, we will select a Northside facility, where the xray and billing process went very smoothly in the past.
