They use a billing service in PA that lost the record of our credit card payment. Moreover, we had to many days for a simple xray report. Next time we need xrays we are not going to use this imaging center, but rather, we will select a Northside facility, where the xray and billing process went very smoothly in the past.
It’s disheartening when management disregards concerns and resorts to dishonesty. It’s even worse when bringing up legitimate issues results in being labeled a problem for the company. Management’s indifference and readiness to manipulate the truth have created a toxic work environment. Despite raising concerns through proper channels like HR, the response has been to vilify rather than address the issues. They offer 4:00 appointments, but then they close at 4:00? That doesn't make sense. Do not schedule for this time - They will turn you away. They don’t care how far you drive or how inconvenient it is to reschedule. Not happy.
