The staff starting at the check in desk to the imaging techs were informative, courteous and very caring. Super clean lockers and roomy changing room. I was given several warm blankets to make me comfortable. I highly recommend Maple Grove Imaging.
Found a parking place after over 5 minutes of driving around - huge lot with zero spaces open. I received info from Minneapolis Radiology, but that was not listed on building directory, so I asked the person at the welcome desk who had no idea - as it is listed as the Imaging Center, which finally made sense. I still arrived five minutes before the scheduled time, but 10 minutes AFTER they wanted me to check in, and I heard about my being late at least four times by cold, unfriendly staff.
The team was wonderful from beginning to end. Huge shout out to Laurie who was working with my Dr (Sarah Tillman) for imaging today. Laurie was comforting, professional and eased my nerves by providing me with understanding of my procedure, talking me through the tough parts and providing comfort with supportive words. I was truly overwhelmed with emotion in a positive manner having these individuals taking such gentle care of me.
