Scheduling with them is always a hassle and I have yet to have a smooth experience. I had an appointment scheduled, received a text stating I needed to confirm a few day prior to and when I tried to call them, they couldn’t find my appointment. They finally found it and when the day came for me to attend my appointment, they cancelled it due to their ultrasound machine being broken. I never received a phone call, text or email.
