WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no interest in resolving my issue. Instead of listening and offering solutions, they gave vague responses and seemed annoyed by simple questions. I left feeling frustrated and completely unsupported
