My mother has been scheduled twice for a PET scan at this facility. Last Friday we arrived and we were told that the medicine had never been ordered & we would have to reschedule. Noone bothered to call us to give us this info so that we wouldn't waste our time coming to the appointment. Today, we show up for the rescheduled scan. At first we were told the medicine was not there, but in route from Tampa. We were told that even if the medicine arrived, we may not be able to have the scan because of the time frame. Wonderful experience!! Everyone was friendly and nice. Amy did my mammogram and was THE BEST. She answered all my questions and told me what to expect every step of the way. She did NOT make it weird. 100% recommend.
