I have been going to UPMC-Lititz for Mammograms, for years now. I've always had very pleasant ladies doing my service, and they all have been so nice. I won't be going anywhere else!!
I had to get an ultrasound done for a lump on my wrist, which was suspected to be a ganglion cyst. The technician who gave my exam was extremely friendly and thorough, and she's actually the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one. During the exam, the technician had a hard time locating the cyst as it "moved" around under the surface when she placed the wand on it. I came here once, and the technician was so kind and nice. The 2nd and 3rd time I came, I had very bad experiences with technicians not being respectful of the fact that I was a human and not an object. I believe there are great people here, but I won’t be able to support the imaging center of UPMC if patients are being treated this way.
