I had a stereotactic biopsy with Dr. Leinbach. She had wonderful bedside manner and was very compassionate. I almost fainted after the first biopsy and never felt bad because of it. The technician was kind and the breast navigator was an incredible supporter. She talked to me and rubbed my arm during the second biopsy. I was worried about passing out again. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone needing a biopsy or mammogram.
I have been coming to you for mamograms since 2013. I have always told people you were like the cadillac for mamograms. That changed on July 21 for my visit. It was the most horrible experience I have ever had. I am not sure what the heck has changed I did notice the machine had changed somewhat, but the person doing it was not gentle.
