My daughter and I came here for my initial prenatal ultrasound. It was so incredibly anticlimactic. The tech hardly showed us the screen at all, never once explained what she was looking at or what part of baby was there or anything, didn’t let me look at baby at all.. just kept moving around rushing to get what she needed and get me out. My wife, our two young kids, and I went to this imaging center to get our very first look at our new baby — something that’s supposed to be exciting and memorable. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but. When the technician came in, her first words were, “Why are you here? What do you need to see the baby for?” The tone was rude and unprofessional, setting a terrible first impression.
