Just went for my girlfriends 20 week pregnancy ultrasound. Waiting for insurance approval. They would not do her ultrasound. Even though we agreed to pay out of pocket. Told us they would not do anything without insurance. Asked why they even let us book an appointment and blamed it on UC health. Went from an exciting day to speaking to rude employee and bad day.
Have to have a yearly MRI and never look forward to it. Holly made it such a great experience! Thank you
I went to the Harmony Imaging Center twice and had very good experiences both times. The front desk staff were very helpful and the imaging experience for an x-ray, then MRI went very smoothly. The staff went above and beyond ensuring my MRI images were sent via Powershare to my orthopedist office to be available for an appointment the next day. Thank you!
My daughter and I came here for my initial prenatal ultrasound. It was so incredibly anticlimactic. The tech hardly showed us the screen at all, never once explained what she was looking at or what part of baby was there or anything, didn’t let me look at baby at all.. just kept moving around rushing to get what she needed and get me out. Never heard the heartbeat and no pictures were printed for me at all. Didn’t feel happy or exciting, just felt like a rushed job that needed to get done asap and that’s all that mattered.
