I showed up to my appointment today and the office is closed, without notice whatsoever. They could have called me and rescheduled me or at least gave me a courtesy notice because i work a 9-5 M-F so it is hard to take time off for appointments during business hours.

The front desk people have 0 compassion for those of us who are post surgery and suffering. I had an appointment and was on time, yet have been waiting almost an hour. When my husband asked where I was in line bc I had to meet my surgeon, we were told “you need x rays for your surgeon anyway.” My husband explained that it’s hard for me to sit.
