Poor customer service, tech was unavailable on appointment day yet no message to inform me. Waste of time…
People please, stay away from this shady place, my wife went there for an abdominal ultrasound, it took almost a week to obtain the report and what a surprise when we read the results, the report stays that she had a normal gallbladder but this one was dissected years ago, also stays that she had cyst on her kidney and we went to another place for the same test and report stays that she doesn’t have any issues with her kidney, this being said I just want to warn you this place is extremely unprofessional, no one held respons... read more
I had a very disappointing experience at this location due to the unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff, specifically Patricia and Lucy. While I was speaking with Patricia regarding my father’s appointment, Lucy inserted herself into the conversation even though I was not addressing her. Both employees then proceeded to have an inappropriate personal conversation at the front desk while I was on the phone with my father’s doctor’s office. Amazing staff all around , I went for a mri and everybody was so helpful and nice . Wasn’t a long wait at all and the exam didn’t take long at all . One of the lady’s up front , her name was Daisy was very kind and helpful and was the perfect example of how customer service should be and how to talk to people in general . She went above and beyond for me when she had no reason too. I really appreciate all the help.
Great staff, very kind, and excellent service. It’s a busy place, but they take good care of patients.
