These people are so inept that they have released my information to a phone number I have not owned for over 10 years . Evidently after filling out all their forms (6 pages) they neglected to change/update my phone number, so the people who now own that number can obtain all my personal information, in essence violating Hippa law.
Liz was great! Ask for her. Without her assistance my experience would not have been the same.
Mixed reviews…. Took almost an hour just to check in which is insane! Staff was friendly however, but had a ctscan ordered STAT, and no results after 5 days. That’s terrible. This is the second time this has happened at this facility. Won’t use them again
I scheduled an MRI appointment for April 6, 2026, approximately two weeks in advance. On Friday, April 3 at 2:28 PM, I received a call informing me that my appointment had been canceled due to pending insurance authorization. During the call, I requested that my appointment remain on the schedule in case the authorization came through before Monday, but that request was denied. You better make sure you have access to mails at all times (and promptly set up mail forwarding if you move). They ONLY send invoice via mail, makes zero attempt to contact via email or phone number on record, and send to collection if not paid within 30 days.
