It takes an incredibly long time. You get an appointment, but when you arrive, you end up spending an hour waiting to be called. I don't think that's fair—this is the second time this has happened to me.
This place is stressful. At the front desk, the entire staff is working at a frantic pace—printing document after document like crazy; in fact, they even put another patient's test order in my file. It is noisy and disorganized. It is clearly evident that it LACKS LEADERSHIP. I’d choose Good Samaritan a thousand times over; I’m never coming back. I left this place feeling completely stressed out and exhausted. 😕 I hope the CT scan was ok!
Busy busy but you're in and out before you know it. By the way don't fill out the questionnaire they sen by text. They no longer use that information system and request that you fill out a few pages on hard copy, getting there 15 minutes early won't hurt if you want to cut down on you visit. If you are in Wellington and close to Palomino Dr. This is the imaging place to go.
This is the only imaging center I will go to. Everyone in there are the friendliest people ever. They are also quick with getting you in and out as fast as possible. The place is also very clean. But I have to say I had an appointment for next week they called me to see if I can come in today and explained I had no ride and Ashley and soli the manager helped me get there and got me in and out very fast. Thanks to them i had another 5 star day at Akumin Wellington. Keep up the great work.
These people are so inept that they have released my information to a phone number I have not owned for over 10 years . Evidently after filling out all their forms (6 pages) they neglected to change/update my phone number, so the people who now own that number can obtain all my personal information, in essence violating Hippa law.
