They never call you back like they say they would that's very poor sevice
I had my first breast exam at this facility, and it was a nightmare. They never asked for my previous records, leading to an inconclusive test. Now, I’m stuck paying for an ultrasound and another mammogram because of their incompetence. The front desk staff was unhelpful and dismissive, blaming my doctor's office instead of taking responsibility. I switched to this facility hoping for better care, but it’s even worse than the last one. The attitude of the staff was unacceptable. This place lacks empathy and professionalism!

Es terrible este sitio ni pagando son éticos con las resultados se demoraron más de un mes en entregar mis resultados y me tocó ir nuevamente al local para pedirlos en físico y no los tenían ni siquiera que falta de compromiso con sus clientes aquí pueden ver desde que fecha fue
I gave up trying to get appt. Called and got no answer. Applied to get appt online as well. Three days later, I get an automated call to call another number to get an appointment. Gave up and called Rayus in Boynton Beach. Got in the same day.
