Desafortunadamente no fue muy buena, mi cita era a las 10.15, llegué a las 9:45, a las 12 le pregunté a una de las niñas que pasaba, porqué tanta demora y que tenía que esperar otros 10 minutos, como mucha conversación entre ellas y no se concentran en el trabajo.

I had my first breast exam at this facility, and it was a nightmare. They never asked for my previous records, leading to an inconclusive test. Now, I’m stuck paying for an ultrasound and another mammogram because of their incompetence. The front desk staff was unhelpful and dismissive, blaming my doctor's office instead of taking responsibility. I switched to this facility hoping for better care, but it’s even worse than the last one. The attitude of the staff was unacceptable. This place lacks empathy and professionalism!
Espere 1 mes para una cita de resonancia magnética, mi cita era a las 9:15, piden que uno llegue 15 minutos antes, así que llegue a las 9:00. Se demoraron casi 2 horas en atenderme. Cada vez que le pregunté a la recepcionista cuánto faltaba solo me decía en breve te atienden y así pasaron 2 horas.
