I gave up trying to get appt. Called and got no answer. Applied to get appt online as well. Three days later, I get an automated call to call another number to get an appointment. Gave up and called Rayus in Boynton Beach. Got in the same day.
I had booked an appointment for an Ultra-Sound. The lump on my neck was getting busy and I was very concerned and wanted an earlier appt. In the coming week. Akumin was extremely busy and it took me many phone calls to get through. I finally got an agent Yazlyn Barbeito. She was wonderful. She showed me genuine concern for my worry and tried to book me an appointment sooner. There was nothing available. I’ve waited a week for the results of a test. Called doctor today and they never received it. This is the second time this year this happened to me at Akumin in Wellington. I will never go there again.
Britany at the Wellington Location was very Courteous, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs today. She immediately resolved my concerns. An Excellent Employee, such an Asset to your Company. She is to be highly rewarded for her Exemplary Efforts. Such services are rare. Keep her!
