Abysmal experience at Kalispell Logan Health ER/mri imaging this past Sunday. Poor training, a distinct lack of professionalism and zero oversight by mri staff caused me to walk out of my appointed time after waiting for 30 minutes. What a joke - never again. Do not schedule mri after hours or on weekends at Kalispell ER, they are absolutely clueless, unprofessional and disrespectful towards patients.
My mammogram was the best I have ever experienced.
CT Scan Tech was very kind and helpful
Billing department at Logan needs an OVERHAUL? I'm tired of explaining to billing how to do their job. I've done claims and insurance over 35 years! It's unacceptable for them to accept zero responsibility. Either replace them or retrain them.
