Whenever I visit LHI, I always recieve excellent care. The front desk staff (Ray especially) are super friendly and welcoming. The medical staff provide top notch care. I always feel safe, respected and heard. My concerns and questions are always answered without judgment. I feel like a person. All seem to genuinely care about their patients and one another with how well they communicate and help each other out.
Had an ultrasound done and the doctor and tech were dismissive. Did not address my concerns and did not seem concerned with the symptoms I was experiencing. Definitely gave the “it’s in your head” feeling. Didn’t have answers to my questions that were not very vague and dismissive. Was hoping for more. Primary doctor at Logan Health followed up with me and he was great. Gave me answers to my questions and was much more concerned.
Abysmal experience at Kalispell Logan Health ER/mri imaging this past Sunday. Poor training, a distinct lack of professionalism and zero oversight by mri staff caused me to walk out of my appointed time after waiting for 30 minutes. What a joke - never again. Do not schedule mri after hours or on weekends at Kalispell ER, they are absolutely clueless, unprofessional and disrespectful towards patients.
