Very Friendly staff
Everyone with whom I had contact were informative, professional and courteous.
I was hesitant about my appointment as this was with LOGAN Health and with all the negative comments I had read/heard, I was expecting a difficult experience. I was pleasantly surprised at EVERYONE (from Holly calling me to check me in - the actual check in desk, as well as everyone involved with my 2 procedures) as they all were so patient and helpful! Fine experience medically at Logan Imaging. Well treated. Good and cheerful medical staff. Logan has a problem with check-in because it's computer system no longer is designed to handle payment of co-pays on the spot and assumes everyone will want to be billed for it, which has to cost more to patient/customers for a Logan bureaucracy to send out bills and then follow up when they are not paid right away.
