They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable during my appointment
Great place I been to to check up on my carotid stint that was placed in 2019. Doctors and staff kept me well informed with everything going on
The scheduler shouted at me because I clarified that I have a legal name and a nickname on my chart. Just a small example of the level of "care" given at St Joes. Always preferable to be suffering than go here.
They literally scheduled me at the wrong location and then told me I was SOL when I showed up to where I was told the appointment was. Horrible experience on a Sunday, so I couldn't get ahold of anybody to reschedule. Canceling all my appointments that's were depending on this.
