Well organized center. Plenty of waiting area. Plenty of parking.
For years my family has used thus hospital and I have no idea what has happened to this place, but its ridiculous. Empathy is totally gone and the place looked like the city dump. The patient centered focus leaves a lot to be desired. Think twice before using this hospital.
Just a waste of time.
Everytime I go here to talk to someone they try to admit me and force inject me, treat me awful, and cost me lots of $ Ill never go to the hospital again thanks to St. Joseph Merciless hospital. Typical, the first review was responded by the complaint #. No thanks, it inundated with hundress of calls a day. Ive spoken with Pam. Poor lady.
These people went way far and beyond for my care recently. I'm an alcoholic and was being treated for withdrawals (again). 1st, I would like to apologize to Dr. Raye and the CT staff for my erratic behavior the first day I was there, I was not of sound mind. Unlike U of M, where they would give me 1mg of atavan and push me out of the door, these people treated me with a level of compassion I probably didn't deserve.
