The lady who checked us in was loud, noisy, and did a poor job when dealing with a disabled person. I asked techs for music, eyes covered, to be removed in between MRIs . They were informed of my disabilities prior to MRI. No music, not removed in between ( oh we thought you were ok so we continued). They told me they could hear me when I spoke as I called out several times. No response!!! I was sobbing when I got thru the MRI. Of course a cookie cutter response from corwell. The appointment went fine from start to finish. Highly recommended!
I experienced the worse racism and discrimination at this location. Went to a 6am MRI due to me being in a motor vehicle accident. Once I was there it was so unorganized and unprofessional so I was a little uncomfortable and frustrated. Once I was seen I asked to be wheeled due to having two protruding and bulging disc. The tech told me he didn’t believe me and didn’t want to wheel me. He stated that he believed I had lies earlier about what door I came in so he thought I was a liar. Drove 1 hour to this location to get an MRI. Was told 3-5 business days for results in mychart. Called in 6 business days and told 7-10 days When I said I was told 3-5 days , “yea , things changed”. No effort was given to look it up… didn’t even ask my name…. Avoid and go to Troy location. Rude ( note my 2nd call , first call wasn’t much better). Note - the techs were great
I had the best experience for the first time with Colleen M. She makes it feel like it if she’s known you forever so comfortable it was a really great experience. Thank you again Colleen M you truly are the best.
