The staff is very nice and respectful. My problem is with getting the results. I am being told for a scan it takes 5 to 7 'working days' to get results of a scan. My question is - if the imaging center is the hospital and someone comes in through the ER and needs a scan, they have to wait 5 to 7 weekdays? No radiologist reads scans on weekends? They are open until 10 pm. They are open to do scans all day long until 10 pm. Yet, there is no one on staff to read them?
Horrible! I was told my results would be back in 7-10 days. I never heard back from them. I started calling on the 11th day. After 18 days, I still have no results and NOBODY returns my calls. I would take my dog here!!!
I had the most wonderful experience with Corewell Health Trenton Hospital Imaging! About a month or two ago, I went to the agency for my scheduled HSG procedure. I was very nervous, anxious, and worried for the procedure. I was taken back to the exam (x-ray) room, where I met a very kind woman and a student who would be assisting for the procedure, and with the x-ray equipment. Very clean! Staff are amazing! Hardly any wait time!
Walk in xray in the evening. Long check in times. Friendly staff, clean facility. The twist is being told it will take 7-10 days for results. Will go elsewhere next time. Typically it takes 24-48 hours for xray results.
