I have had only good appointments at Heritage Hospital's radiology department. Just the sweetest folks work in there, has been my experience. Probably been there 5 or 6 times. Only had a bad wait once out of all that and, it's a hospital. So it occasionally happens. The waiting room for you is also the surgery waiting room for some, so don't be put off by the number of people you see.
My mother had Kevin for an ultrasound and he was very im personable and rude and was also sick and wasn’t wearing a mask because he said “they don’t do anything” Won’t be going there again.

Staff was short with me for no reason and just weren't very professional. I will make sure to pick a different hospital for future MRI's.
