Getting mail that there has been information leaks from here and all they recommend is put a freeze on all credit options to me, name address day of birth and medical and insurance info. Someone got unauthorized access to info and others. Just wow..

This review is for scheduling an appointment. Now all scripts hv to be digitally uploaded by Dr. Before you can schedule an appointment. Last week I called, was on hold 25 min. rep answered and stated no script uploaded. Called again yesterday, recorded message stated hold time wud be over 20 min. I hung up. Called today, was on hold 30 min. recorded message came on n said if you want call back, I entered my number. It's 7:20 pm, no call bk yet. How is this facility and the hospital ever going to function. It's went down hil... read more
